In a time where technology can talk to you, it was strange to see organisations still making do with manual processes when an asset was involved. We looked at different businesses, technology and people to understand the barriers of each and built Open Assets with what we had learnt.
What asset data is available it is often unstructured. We created insights to standardise the data when possible and created the Open Asset Identifier for everyone to identify there were talking about the same asset.
The data is only as good as your ability to get it into the system. Using company reports, pre-built integrations to external data sources, file uploads and API first integration has means there is no excuse for missing data.
Data silos are the enemy of efficiency but they are so hard to break down. We create on company view of asset information for all to feed into but also to share with trusted partners.
From extracting insights from large data sets to automating actions when potential issues are identified. Our added intelligence ensures that asset processes provide value and keep moving without human interaction.
