Working with Assets Linking Assets

This section provides guidance on how you can link assets to create an 'Asset Collection'.

  1. Copy the Open Asset ID of the child asset found under the 'Asset Details' header by clicking on it.

  2. Create / Open the parent Asset and Navigate to the 'Children' tab.

  3. Click on 'Add Child' and enter/paste the Open Asset ID(s) into the fields and click 'Add Children'. Multiple rows can be added and entered to add multiple child assets)

  4. The Assets will now be listed on the 'Children' tab to View or Delete

Viewing Parent Asset

The child asset will have the 'Parent' populated with the parent Open Asset ID.
